After starting her children in Tae Kwon Do in 2003, Karen realized it was a great, family-oriented sport. As a result, she began studying Tae Kwon Do in 2004. Karen feels it has been a joy to learn and practice Tae Kwon Do with her children, and she looks forward to sharing this sport with them for many years to come! Outside of Tae Kwon Do, Karen is actively involved with the community. She has a passion for singing and participates in the music ministry at St. Lucas United Church of Christ.
